Shipping & Payment Info
Deliveries are made within 1 to 3 business days from the confirmation of the order, depending on product availability. Delivery is carried out via courier, and upon receipt, you have the option to inspect the product before accepting it.
If the product does not meet your expectations and is not damaged, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Returns are made via courier or another pre-agreed method.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that the return conditions have been met, the amount for the product will be refunded within 7 business days using your chosen refund method. Return costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or an error occurred on our part.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third parties, nor for damages that occur after the product has been accepted by the customer.
